Dag Aabye is a local legend around Vernon, British Columbia. He’s elusive, self-reliant, and an astonishing example of fitness at age 75. He lives in a bus in the woods and is the oldest person to finish the Death Race ultra, a 77-mile trail race through the Canadian Rockies. The first portion of Never Die Easy follows filmmakers Justin Pelletier and Adam Maruniak as they just try and track down Aabye. And the rest of the film, well, it was worth the wait.
