Bono, well known for his love of sunglasses and humanitarian projects, has combined those two passions in the new Revo Vision Over Visibility collection of sunglasses that launched Monday.

Here’s how it works: Revo and Bono designed five new glasses. Every time someone purchases a pair, Revo will donate $10 (up to $10 million) to the “Buy Vision, Give Sight” campaign (run by the Brien Holden Vision Institute), which provides comprehensive eye care for people in developing countries. With that money, the initiative hopes to help five million people by funding prevention, detection, and training programs for doctors.

In the collection, the Apollo, Stargazer, and Static all feature eight-base lens curvature for a more complete, protective wrap, while the Zifi, an aviator, and the Buzz (think Ray Ban’s Clubmaster) are flatter and more stylish.
