Glasses-wearing adventurers have never gotten much love from their shades. For starters, adding prescription tinted lenses to standard frames can more than double the cost. And in recent years, while 20/20 athletes have switched to lightweight frames that use a vast spectrum of swap-out lenses engineered for snowfields, singletrack, and everything in between, the squinty set has been stuck toting around multiple pairs of sport- and light-specific shades. Sweet relief has finally arrived from optical giant Oakley, which now offers interchangeable prescription lenses for its venerable Half Jacket wraparound frames.
